Safety First

Your safety is our priority.

Adventure comes with responsibility. Here's how we keep every trip safe — and what we need from you.

🩹

First Aid & Medical Support

  • Basic first-aid is available at all camps and treks.
  • In a medical emergency, our team contacts the participant's emergency number and arranges the best available treatment as quickly as possible.
  • Participants should carry personal medicines and, for high-altitude treks, consult a doctor beforehand (e.g. regarding Diamox for altitude).
  • Medical treatment, transport to facilities and related costs are borne by the participant.
🧭

Trained Guides & Trek Leaders

  • Every trip is led by certified, experienced trek leaders and coordinators.
  • For bike rides, an experienced pilot / road captain leads the group with a backup vehicle where applicable.
  • Follow all instructions from guides and instructors — they know the terrain and conditions.
  • Trekking requires basic fitness; leaders may stop a participant who is unfit to continue for their own safety.

Camp & Accommodation Safety

  • Separate accommodation and sanitary facilities are provided for girls and boys.
  • Campsites are managed by trained staff with hygiene and safety in mind.
  • Inspect your tent/room at check-in and report any issues immediately.
  • Follow campfire and pool safety rules at all times.
🚭

Conduct & Prohibitions

  • Smoking, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and abusive language are strictly prohibited during all trips.
  • Violations lead to immediate termination of participation without refund.
  • Respect fellow travellers, local communities and wildlife.
  • Do not litter — carry a reusable bag and leave no trace.
🏔️

High-Altitude & Weather Awareness

  • On Himalayan treks, acclimatization days are built into the itinerary — take them seriously.
  • Report symptoms of altitude sickness (headache, nausea, dizziness) to your leader early.
  • Carry warm layers, rain gear and sun protection; mountain weather changes fast.
  • Schedules may change due to weather, road blockage or natural events — safety comes first.
🎒

Your Responsibility

  • Carry the items listed in each trip's 'Things To Carry' section.
  • Keep valid ID proof and emergency contact details with you.
  • You are responsible for your own luggage and belongings.
  • Inform leaders of any medical condition before the trip begins.
