We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll reach out to potential customers, present our trips, and convert leads into bookings — playing a key role in growing our adventure community.
Responsibilities
- ›Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- ›Explain our trips and packages clearly and convincingly
- ›Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
- ›Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- ›Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business
Qualifications
- ›Strong communication & negotiation skills
- ›Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- ›Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
- ›Prior tele-sales or customer-service experience (preferred, not mandatory)
