Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, presenting our products/services, and converting leads into sales. This role demands excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing sales calls, nurturing leads, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred).
• Prior experience in tele sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
