    Ahmedabad to Delhi
    Will Start Our Journey By Train from Ahmedabad Railway Station. Reporting at Kalupur Railway Station on Given time.

    Delhi to Manali
    Will move For Manali by Volvo Bus from Majanu ka Tilla, Delhi at Evening. Day Hold at Delhi Hotel
  • 3
    Arrive Manali (1950m) &Local Sightseeing
    Report at the hotel in Manali, in afternoon visit: Manu Temple, Hadimba Temple & Mall road of Manali. Return back to hotel in the evening.

    Manali – Kaza (201 Km/ 8-9 Hrs)
    Today we start early in the morning. We Drive on newly opened Atal Tunnel & cross one of the highaltitude pass, “The Kunzum Pass” (4590 meters) to reach Lossar. It’s good road until we reach Gramphu but once we take the road to Spiti its all off-road, we drive along the bank of River Chandra on whose name the valley got its name “Chandra Valley”. We cross the check-post at Lossar & drive along till we reach Kaza, "subdivisional headquarters of the remote Spiti Valley". we arrive in the evening have our night at kaza at hotel.

    Kaza: Visit Langza (4400m), Hikkim (4400m), Komic (4570m) (6-7hrs)
    Today is the day to explore Spiti region. After breakfast we start visiting highest villages of spiti starting with Langza village, Hikkim village (the Highest post office in the altitude), Komic the highest village. Exploring it will consume your whole day in the upper region of spiti valley. we return back to Kaza in the evening for Dinner & Stay.

    Kaza- To Chandratal Via Key, Kibber(93km/6-7hrs)
    Today we Travel to Kye first and then to Kibber village and continue to Kunzum and then will take the road to Chandartal. In evening, we visit Chandartal Lake and stay at the camps at Chandartal for the night.

    Chandratal- Manali Night Stay at Manali
    Today we came till we reach Gramphu and drive further to Sissu and Solang if time permits. We reach Manali late in the noon or evening. Night in the hotel at Manali

    Manali to Kasol and Manikaran (Local Sightseeing)
    Today After Breakfast will Travel Kasol from Manali, During Day will Visit Manikaran and Enjoy Beautiful Weather of Kasol.

    Kasol to Delhi Via Kullu
    It’s a free day. In the afternoon check out from hotel and evening drop at bus stand For Delhi Volvo Bus.

    Delhi to Ahmedabad
    Today is Last Day of Our Tour, After Arrive at Delhi Will reach at Railway Station according to Train Time. and Move for Ahmedabad with Sweet Memories of Tour with New Friends.

    its time to say Good bye to all Friends with giving promise to meet again on new destination for new journey.

Terms and Conditions 
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.
  • Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered. All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.
  • Please stick to itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.) Any service unused is non-refundable.
  • You must give name of participants well in advance before two months to avail conformation of train tickets.
  • We will not guarantee any waiting list tickets to be confirmed
  • The company shall not be liable for damages/charges incurred by travelers if any of the following reasons apply:
  • Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes.
  • Orders of either Indian governments or immigration regulations, isolation resulting from infectious diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to such causes.
  • Accidents during transportation or accommodations, damage by fire.
  • Accidents occurring during the travelers free activities. Food poisoning.

Payment Policy

  • 16 days or more from the date of departure: 50% of the tour cost to be paid. 15 days from
  • The day of departure: 100% of the tour cost to be paid.
  • Any flight bookings shall be paid 100% in advance.
  • Payments by credit card incur an extra handling fees (as charged by the payment gateways)-2.5% for Indian credit cards
  • 4.5% for international credit cards-over the invoiced amount.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations will be taken over the call or Whatsapp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
  • Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)
  • If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
  • There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • On any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we'll be moving onto that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it's only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
  • If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be
  • used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provid-ed. Gujarat Adventure Club will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).
  • Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once.
