Arrival at Delhi in Morning will Move for Dehradun. Night Stay at Dehradun
Move for Sankri Village Base Camp (1920Mtr) After Breakfast Arrive Base Camp in the evening by travelling 8 Hours. Welcome note by the camp leader and allotment of tents on sharing basis Dinner followed by bonfire and songs/ group entertainment
Altitude: 6,400 feet to 9,100 feet 4 kms trek, approx. 5 hours The trail passes through dense pine forests, maple trees, few streams and finally opens out to beautiful meadows Team Building Games, Explore the Beautiful Place Surround Overnight in tents (Group Sharing basis) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Post breakfast, departure for trek to Camp 2. Activity - Exploring the nearby high altitude area Soup time followed by dinner Overnight in tents (Group Sharing basis) (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Post breakfast the group will depart for the trek Great spectacular views of the Garhwal Himalayas Mountains from the top. It’s a Height gain day to Snowline and beyond. Will enjoy the spectacular views The group will return back till lunch. Evening at leisure. The group will logout from the hectic day and will sleep in the tents. Overnight in tents (Group Sharing basis)
Your trail, which ascends from 11,200 ft to 12,500 ft. Remember to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the meadows to boost for the rest of the day. The trail today is a steady path with ascending peaks. On your trail today, you will cross forest to reach the peak after a difficult climb you will feel as if the sky is very near and you are able to touch it.
You can see 13 different mountain peaks. There is a small temple of Lord Shiva and Parvati at the top. You can relax at the top for a while before you’re descent towards.
Post Breakfast will depart for the Sankri Village and then Dehradun. Over Night Journey for Delhi
You can go to Delhi Sightseeing or you can go for shopping etc.
Finally we Arrival at Ahmedabad gathering sweet Memories of Kedarkantha Trek with Gujarat Adventure Club.

TRAIN TICKETS
You must give name of participants well in advance before two month to avail conformation of train tickets. We will not guarantee any waiting list tickets to be confirmed.
ACCOMMODATION
Stay on all days will be in tents. Tent will be allotted separately to males and females and will accommodate people. High altitude sleeping bags that can withstand temperatures as low as -10 degrees.
EMERGENCY DURING TREK
In case of any emergency Gujarat Adventure Club will take necessary measures for your return to the base camp. A staff will accompany you. He may not be some trained personnel. Doctors do not go along with a Team. Gujarat Adventure Club’s leaders are trained to administer first aid and know how to deal with issues related to the mountains.
Registering for this trek is an understanding that you are aware of related difficulties on a high- altitude trek
SAFETY
Our camp leaders will conduct routine health checks at all camps to measure oxygen saturation, BP. Camp leader reserves the right to exclude any trekker from climbing higher on the trek without refund if the trekker’s vital readings are below accepted norms for that altitude. These norms are available with our camp leaders. Your trek leader will also be carrying medical kit, which includes basic first aid and high-altitude sickness medicines and will be carrying a oxygen cylinder throughout the trek.Route change / postponement/ delay/ completing the trek earlier Under some extraordinary circumstance, your trek may end a day earlier or start a day later due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions or any other cause. In the event of a change, postponement or delay, participants have no right to refund of the trek or other compensation for any injury, loss or damage

‘Gujarat Adventure Club’ is not responsible for any loss/damage of your gears/equipment or other belongings on the trek.
DRINKING AND SMOKING
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited. Buying drugs or any illegal material is strictly prohibited; the participant will be detained and handed over to the government authority If Participant will be found having any type of Narcotic drugs, Alcoholic items, Tobacco items and Smoking items during these days, inside or outside the campsite area that will directly lead to cancellation of the participant and no refund will be paid
RULES AND REGULATIONS: (FOR PARTICIPANT)
Participant will have to follow the instructions clearly and quietly given by the Instructors/Leaders.
Any Misbehave during the camp will lead to cancellation of the participant & participant may be ordered to leave the campsite/Trek at any time.
Sitting arrangements will be on rotation basis. Do not demand for group sitting arrangement during travelling. Your Camp Escort/Instructor will guide you for this and we need to cooperate with them.
Accommodation is based on sharing based. As per the situation, Accommodation may change and participants need to cooperate with Participants/Instructors.
Participants have to keep the Camp site area/Rooms/Tents neat and clean.
Do not leave the Camp site area/Hotel/Trek without any permission from the Camp manager/Instructors..
PAYMENTS POLICY:
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your destination, definitely before the commencement of the services.
Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment (Half Payment), based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a Camp is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, curfew, decided by management team etc.), we will issue the full fees. Cancellation is on full fees Otherwise you can change your camp dates if it is possible by us.
The cancellation charges For National Camp / Tour:
Cancellations before to 90 days from the start of the journey – Full Refund.
Cancellation between 89 days and 48 days to start of the journey – 50% Refund.
Cancellation less than 47 days to the start of the journey – No Refund.
